Our medical office has a convenient ground floor private entrance on 5th Avenue between 14th and 15th streets. It is located one block west of the Union Square subway (L, N, Q, R, W, 4, 5, and 6 lines). In addition the F, L, M, V, 1, 2, 3, 9, and PATH trains stop nearby, at the corner of 14th Street and 6th Avenue. Fifth Avenue buses stop across the street and a parking garage is located next to our office.
